	Black Peppermint. Medicinal herb used as an antiseptic, decongestant, analgesic compound.
	Gingermint Sweetly scented perennial with yellow-variegated leaves, making a very decorative plant. Use fresh as a flavouring with tomatoes and fruit salads.
	Moroccan Mint A hardy, fine flavoured favourite used for flavouring vegetables, in mint sauce and for herb tea.
	Variegated Peppermint Used to flavour sweet foods. A low growing form with cream variegated foliage.
